We’ve set a time and place for this semester’s InstallFest.

Where: Squires, Brush Mountain Room B (Third floor)
When: Sunday, October 19th – 12:00-5:00 PM

There will be O’reilly Book raffles (titles to be announced soon), and free Distro giveaways.

So, maybe you’re wondering just what an InstallFest is and why you should come?

The InstallFest is an event where VTLUUG officers and other volunteers will be on hand to assist in the installation of a variety of Linux and UNIX distributions. Whether you’re a beginner in the Linux world, or someone who writes more on the Linux Kernel Mailing List than you do in classes, it’s a great chance to get to know some of the other people around campus who are into Linux. If there are any questions, please feel free to post up in the forums.

We hope to see you all there!
